Return & refund policy
Effective: 1 May 2024
This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled at 052 Mobile Trading. We sell exclusively to business customers, so please inspect goods promptly after pickup or delivery.
When you can return an item
- The item was damaged in transit or does not power on.
- The wrong model, colour, or memory size was supplied.
- Accessories or parts are missing from the sealed box.
Notify us within 48 hours of collection or delivery. After this window, manufacturer warranty procedures apply.
How to request a return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email info@052mobile.ae with the invoice number and IMEI or serial number.
- Share clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
- We will confirm approval and advise whether to bring the item to the store or hand it to our courier.
Condition of returned goods
- Products must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Devices must not be activated, locked, or contain personal data.
- Items showing tampering or missing components may be refused.
Refunds and replacements
After inspection we will:
- Replace the item with the same model if stock is available, or
- Issue a credit note for future purchases, or
- Process a refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within seven working days.
Items not eligible
- Final-sale or clearance items.
- Special orders that were customised or pre-programmed.
- Opened earphones or hygiene products unless faulty out of the box.
Return shipping
If the issue is on our side, we cover courier costs or arrange collection. Otherwise, you may drop goods at our store or organise your own courier.
