Terms of trade
Effective: 1 May 2024
These terms explain how 052 Mobile Trading ("we") supplies mobile phones, accessories, and related services to business customers ("you"). Placing an order with us confirms that you agree to these terms.
Opening an account
- Provide your trade licence, VAT number where applicable, and authorised contact details.
- We may request Emirates ID copies to meet documentation or warranty requirements.
- Credit facilities are granted only by written agreement and may be withdrawn if payment terms are not met.
Ordering
- Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, email, or in person. Include model, colour, storage, and quantity.
- We confirm availability, pricing, and hold time before you arrange payment or collection.
- Confirmed orders are reserved for the agreed window; unpaid orders may be released to other buyers after expiry.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are in AED unless otherwise stated and exclude VAT.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, card (with applicable fees), or approved credit terms.
- VAT invoices are issued on request; share your TRN before payment is completed.
- Late payments attract a 2% per month service charge. We may pause new orders until outstanding balances are cleared.
Collection & delivery
- Orders can be collected from our Deira counter during business hours.
- Courier delivery within the UAE is arranged on request. Delivery fees are added to invoices or settled with the driver.
- Risk transfers to you once goods leave our counter or are handed to the courier—inspect cartons immediately.
Inspection & warranty
- Inspect items at collection or within 24 hours of delivery and report discrepancies immediately.
- Most devices carry manufacturer warranty; we assist with DOA replacements per supplier policy.
- Warranty claims require the original invoice and complete packaging.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Products must remain unused, sealed, and complete with accessories.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method after inspection.
Liability
We are not liable for lost resale profits or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is the invoice value of the relevant order.
Law & disputes
These terms follow UAE law. Disputes will be addressed first through amicable discussion and, if unresolved, through the courts of Dubai.
