Shipping policy
Effective: 1 May 2024
Our shipping policy explains how we prepare, dispatch, and track orders from 052 Mobile Trading. The goal is to keep deliveries reliable while protecting the condition of every shipment.
Processing time
- In-stock orders paid before 3:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Fridays will ship the next working day.
- Large or customised orders may require up to 48 hours for preparation.
Delivery options
- Store pickup: Collect from our Al-Khabaisi counter during business hours.
- Local courier: Same-day delivery within Dubai when confirmed by noon. Next-day service for Sharjah and Ajman.
- Other Emirates / export: We coordinate with trusted courier and freight partners and share tracking details immediately.
Packaging & documentation
- Cartons are sealed with tamper-evident tape and labelled with IMEI lists.
- Invoices, packing lists, and warranty cards are enclosed or emailed as requested.
- Export customers can request stamped customs declarations and compliance certificates.
Tracking & delivery checks
- Tracking numbers are issued as soon as the courier collects the shipment.
- Please count cartons and inspect seals upon delivery before signing.
- Report any damage or missing boxes within 24 hours so we can file claims with the courier.
Fees, duties & insurance
- Courier charges are added to invoices or paid directly to the driver, depending on arrangement.
- Import duties and taxes outside the UAE are the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipment insurance is available on request for high-value orders.
